CHAPTER 4

DIVYA'S POV

I ran towards the door and found Arjun standing as the costumer.

"Why are you here, Arjun?". I asked him as I mad him sit on the sofa. Arjun smiled and replied " I wanted to gift my parents a portrait of their wedding on their anniversary. And recently I get to know that my fiance is an artist. So that's why I am here"

I stared at him after hearing the best word ever 'fiance' . I was nearly pass out when he shok me. I gave him a nervous smile and said in my softest voice, " You should have said that on the call. I would have bought the portrait." After hearing that, Arjun shook his head in childish way and said " Than that would be the gift from you. I want to surprise them by that portrait." I nearly chocked,  as his act was so much cute!!!!!.

I just laughed it of and started making the portrait as his parent's anniversary is on next Saturday and today is Friday.

I made him sit comfortably on my small sofa. We talked for many hours.

It was around 8 pm when Arjun was not taking part in conversation. I looked at him and saw that he had already fallen asleep. I covered him with blanket as it was the month of November, and the atmosphere is cold.

AFTER ONE HOUR

I have already called my mom and informed her that, I am going to stay at my workshop today.

As I was working on the portrait, I heard Arjun changing his position again and again. I walked towards him and kept my hand on his forehead as my gut feeling was telling that he have fever. And I was right. HE WAS BURNING WITH FEVER.

I shakes his shoulder to make him wake up. He woke up , opened his eyes while rubbing it with his hand. I made him lay down on my bed as it was bigger that sofa and for comfortable.

His nose was red. I went into my small kitchen and made a khichdi (an Indian dish given to a sick person) for him. And soon brought it and gave him to eat.
