DIVYA'S POV

It was around 10 o'clock in morning when the Arjun's parent and he came at our house.

They were sitting in the living room. Our house was full of choas before an hour ago.

There were make up, jewellery and clothes scatter on the bed in my room.  I was wearing a simple pastel pista green colour Patiala. And because I know, doing make up would not cover my chubby face so I just wore a simple make-up.

My younger sister, Saanvi helped me with passing compliments and feedback so I don't feel uncomfortable.

And now it was the time of bringing tea and snacks for them as I took the tray which was consist of tea and samosa.

I came in the living room and kept the tray on the table and sit in between of mom and dad.

Arjun's mom asked questions like where you work, what's your occupation, and some questions related to my personal life but for my surprise, there were no questions about my plus size and my looks.

And after the Kon Banega Arjun ki patni ( a popular show in India, it is similar as Who will be the millionaire) Arjun's mom started talking with my mom. And my dad in between the conversation said the only line I crave for, that was " Ladka, Ladki akele baat kar le  ( It would be great if both the couple would talk alone)

And my mom said " Divya, Arjun ko apne room me leke jao ( Divya, go and talk with Arjun in your room.)

I stood from my place and indicated Arjun to my direction. He was behind me. I went upstairs towards my room and made him sit on my bed. Though it wasn't beautiful. Arjun sat without any hesitation.

I sat beside Arjun and said " Mister Arjun, you are not forced in this marriage, right?"

He stared at me and then laughed. He said in his soft voice " I should ask you that question, but the answer is no"
